The ACTUS Financial Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing financial stability and transparency through the standardization of financial contracts. By defining algorithmic contract types, ACTUS provides a universal language for representing financial instruments, enabling consistency, comparability, and efficiency across the financial system. Its mission is to reduce systemic risk, empower regulators, and support innovators by making financial data more transparent and interoperable.

The ACTUS Algorithmic Financial Contracts Use Case Competition invites developers, researchers, students, and industry professionals to showcase innovative applications of ACTUS standards. Participants will explore real-world use cases spanning risk management, quantitative modeling, digital assets, regulatory oversight, and financial education. BHARATNETRA: ONE VISION, ONE FINANCE, ONE FUTURE
The Government of Odisha, in partnership with the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), is launching the Integrated Global Financial Technology Capability Hub (I-GFTCH) in Bhubaneswar. This marks the first time Odisha is launching a FinTech capability initiative of this scale and global integration. The I-GFTCH positions Bhubaneswar at the forefront of India’s evolving financial technology ecosystem and aligns with its national development objectives.
As part of I-GFTCH, the Government of Odisha is launching the BharatNetra Hackathon to accelerate the development of cutting-edge solutions for the financial sector. The initiative aims to harness local talent, foster collaboration between innovators and industry, and deliver impactful, real-world solutions that enhance financial inclusion, resilience, and customer experience.

India-based developers, start-ups, students and innovators are invited to take part in this hackathon to share creative solutions to address real-world problem statements around Insurance, Financial Health and FinTech.
